Returns & refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery through the website Contact form. Include your order number, checkout email, items and quantities, and whether you want a return, refund or replacement. Your request is saved with a reference number for the seller to review. The seller supplies return instructions and the return address for your item; do not send parcels to an assumed address. The seller pays return shipping. COD refunds are arranged with you after review; never share banking passwords or PINs. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

To cancel or withdraw from a purchase, submit a Contact request titled Cancel or withdraw, identify the order and state your decision. You do not need to give a reason for that notice.
